For new patients: please allow a 45 minute block to accomodate health history, exam and treatment.
For returning patients: (from 6 months to 3 years since last appointment), please allow a 30 minute block to allow for a re-exam and treatment.
For existing patients: Standard treatment - 15 minute block.
New injury/re-exam - 30 minute block.
For school/sports physicals, please allow a 30 minute block.

Insurance providers we work with:
Medicare and supplementals

Regence BCBS
We can give you a superbill, on request, to submit to your current insurance providers if we are not in network with them. You may be able to get a reimbursement from them. We also provide superbills for Aflac claims!
Discount Programs are available for:
patients with insurance providers we are not in network with,
patients who don’t currently have health insurance (zero judgement, we know it’s expensive!),
patients who want extra services that their insurance policy does not cover (e.g. Medicare do not cover exam costs or modalities).
As well as our Time of Service discount (15%), we have partnered with ChiroHealthUSA (CHUSA), to offer another discount program which gives you a 25% discount for a yearly membership fee of $49 (this covers your whole household for no extra cost, for a whole 12 months).
